Change or Cancel Your Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once our fulfillment center has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Order never arrived:
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at email@example.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.
The wrong address was entered for my order. What do I do?
If your order hasn’t shipped, no problem! Please send the correct address and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll update the order for you!
If the wrong address was entered and the order has already shipped, we can’t change the address or redirect the package. Undeliverable orders will be returned to us. You will be notified when we have received the order back. You must then confirm the correct shipping address and the re-shipping charge. We’ll resend the order and you’ll receive a new tracking number, if applicable.
What if the product is damaged in the mail?
We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods sent to email@example.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. Due to limited availability of the vinyl albums, a refund may be given.
Are there countries you cannot ship to?
Yes, there are.You can keep yourself up to date on destination restrictions on the USPS web sites.
