    Tracking Your Order 

    All orders delivered within the United States by USPS or UPS will have full tracking available! You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated If you are unable to track your order, please email: contact@ascendantrecordings.com for further assistance. 
    International orders will not have a tracking number due to the fact that they are untraceable once they leave the USA.

    Change or Cancel Your Order

    If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@ascendantrecordings.comOnce our fulfillment center has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

    Order never arrived:

    If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

    First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

    If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at contact@ascendantrecordings.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.

    The wrong address was entered for my order. What do I do?

    If your order hasn’t shipped, no problem! Please send the correct address and order number to contact@ascendantrecordings.com and we’ll update the order for you!

    If the wrong address was entered and the order has already shipped, we can’t change the address or redirect the package. Undeliverable orders will be returned to us. You will be notified when we have received the order back. You must then confirm the correct shipping address and the re-shipping charge. We’ll resend the order and you’ll receive a new tracking number, if applicable.

    What if the product is damaged in the mail?

    We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods sent to contact@ascendantrecordings.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. Due to limited availability of the vinyl albums, a refund may be given.

    Are there countries you cannot ship to?

    Yes, there are.You can keep yourself up to date on destination restrictions on the USPS web sites.
